Un petit hôtel de ville très sympa et très propre. À proximité d’un arrêt de bus pour se rendre à la plage Les restaurants et supermarchés peuvent se faire à pied. L’accueil et le personnel sont très chaleureux. Parfait  pour se détendre !

Excellent séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé au centre de Olbia : proximité des restaurants/cafés, proche de l'aéroport, à 5 min du bus qui emmène à Palau pour prendre le bateau vers La Maddalena. Overall, it was a truly wonderful apartment! My husband and I chose to spend our first wedding anniversary here, and it turned out to be a perfect decision. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the apartment team decorated our room beautifully with so much care and attention to detail. I am also currently pregnant, and they kindly allowed me to check in early at 12:30 so I could rest, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the team even prepared a small gift for our unborn baby and wrote us a lovely card — such a thoughtful and touching gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and truly dedicated to making every detail special. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised, and we will definitely be coming back!

Positives: Excellent location, we stayed in apartment which is modern and has everything you need for stay, they provided cot, they arranged a taxi service to/from airport Negatives: unfortunately a few things we were disappointed with. They state daily cleaning of apartment (on web and on info in room) but our room was only serviced twice during an 8 night stay. Also our daughter got a rash/burn from the pool. Upon reporting this to be fair Andrea tested water straight away and there was a pH imbalance so pool was out of action for a day while they sorted it.

Beautifully clean , well fitted and finished room with nice bathroom including bidet , hand and rain shower.comfortable memory foam mattress bed . Host Andrea is extremely friendly and welcoming . Close to all the restaurants and shops but very quiet and peaceful . Major bus routes to explore all within 5 min walk. We spent 10 days in the apartment and it was great. The location is fantastic for all bus routes ,the train station and the main street Corso Umberto 1 which is a hive of activity in the evenings and leads down to the port area. There is a small pool with plenty of sunbeds if you want to relax and not go anywhere or just take a dip after a busy day. The apartment has a small kitchen area if you don't want to eat out, although a microwave would be a good addition .
