1) CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 3.00 pm.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10.00.
2) CHANGING AND USING LAUNDRY:
We guarantee that towels will be changed after a three-day stay; bed linen, however, will be replaced after, but not before, seven nights.
Any requests for additional linen changes will be charged to the guest at a rate of 5 euros per item.
We would ask our guests to take good care of the linen and to place it in the designated laundry baskets, not on the floor.
3) ROOM CLEANING:
Our daily cleaning service will take place between 10.00 and 12.00.
We would be grateful if you could help us by keeping your room tidy, so that we can clean it properly.
4) ROOM RULES:
The use of drugs and spirits is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or anywhere within the premises.
It is forbidden to flush items down the toilet or pour them down the sink that could block the pipes; should this occur, the guest will be charged for the cost of the repair work.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
If you lose your access card, a charge of 5 euros will be applied.
Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the furnishings.
Visitors are asked to dress appropriately and keep the premises clean whilst on the premises.
5) STORAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Guests are kindly requested to keep their personal belongings safe, as the hotel does not have a safe; the management accepts no liability for any theft of unattended items.
6) SMOKING IN ROOMS:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises; anyone found in breach of this rule will be liable to an administrative fine.
Smoking is permitted solely and exclusively on the terraces, provided it does not cause any inconvenience to other guests staying at the hotel.
7) SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION:
Within the municipality of Olbia, waste collection is carried out door-to-door; we therefore ask for your kind cooperation in placing your waste in the appropriate bins; it is forbidden to leave food or food waste in the rooms.
8) INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:
In the event of a disruption to the electricity, water or Wi-Fi supply due to circumstances beyond our control and for which we are therefore not responsible, the Management accepts no liability and shall not be obliged to make any refund.
9) CHECK-OUT:
As stated on the hotel’s website, check-out time is set at 10.00. Delays of up to 30 minutes beyond this time are permitted. Should the room still be occupied after 10.30 am by people or items, such as luggage or the guest’s belongings, a penalty equal to the cost of one additional night’s stay will be applied, without the guest being entitled to make use of that night’s accommodation.
10) ITEMS LEFT BY GUESTS IN THE ROOMS AFTER THEIR DEPARTURE:
Before departure, guests are kindly requested to check that they have not left any items or clothing behind. Any items found will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of departure. Once this period has elapsed, and in the absence of any request from the guest for the items to be collected by an authorised representative, such items or clothing will be disposed of. Requests from guests for items to be posted to their home address must be paid for in advance at a cost of 20 euros, in addition to the postage charges.
These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted at the time of booking, and a copy is available in every room and on the establishment’s website.
